Jennifer Corter's Bio:

Jennifer Corter is a twenty-something stay-at-home mom to a never-ending little ball of energy named Syrus Voltaire. With a passion for writing and blogging, she has been honing her skills over the past four years, interning and contributing and various parenting websites, including the popular pregnancy website WhatToExpect.com, as well as many others.  At 14, after being diagnosed with an incurable chronic illness, she set out on a crusade to launch a virtual support group for those who needed support, hope and help at a time when they are most vulnerable in their lives. She founded her Fibromyalgia support group, "Fibro Fighterz," when she was 15 years old. In 2012, she launched her chronic pain support website, "Positivity In Pain," where those living with any type of chronic illness can visit for support, news and updates, fundraising campaigns, interviews and more. Someday she hopes to turn her websites into a non-profit organization.  When she's surfing the web, she can usually be found checking out the latest startup companies and Kickstarter campaigns, as she one day hopes to create a media company of her own, and feels that there is a lot to learn from startups. In her spare time, she enjoys blogging about her son's daily escapades on her personal blog, "Corter Moon." She also is a jewelry artisan, creating handmade wearable art that appeal to a wide audience. Her collection of creations can be found at her online webstore, "Corter Moon Designs." Her simultaneous love of crafting jewelry and writing likely explains her penchant for collecting shiny objects and hoarding blank notebooks.
